Our VersaClimber instructors will take you through the most challenging workout you’ll ever love. Aided by a sound system that rivals the best nightclubs in Charlotte, you will work every major muscle group as well as your cardiovascular system in a 30-minute zero-impact training session.
The contra-lateral motion (cross-crawl) reinforces the body’s natural movement pattern, simultaneously activating all major muscles while properly aligning your core and spine, and remains momentum neutral so there’s never any coasting.
You’ll torch calories, sweat buckets, and quickly understand why this machine is part of the core fitness regimen of many of the world’s top professional athletes and teams.
LEVEL 1: INTRO
This class will include a more in-depth instruction on proper form and a slightly slower climbing pace for anyone that’s just getting back into shape from an extended period of procrastination. This is the bait that will get you hooked on fitness again and ready for the next level.
LEVEL 2: VERTICAL30
This class is our core offering and includes a warmup and intro to proper climbing form, then we’ll quickly jump into an awesome workout that will make you grateful this isn’t a 45 minute class.

You’re going to sweat, so drink water beforehand and bring a water bottle so you can stay hydrated during class. It’s also a good idea to have a light, healthy snack 30-60 minutes before the workout.
WHAT TO WEAR
An athletic shirt or tank top and shorts, leggings, or other form-fitting pants as well as running shoes.
If this is your first time then we recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes early. Check-in at the front desk, sign the online waiver, top off your bottle at the water station, and identify your assigned VersaClimber machine. Be sure to grab one of our towels as well so you can keep the sweat out of your eyes.
We recommend starting with our Level 1 Intro class, but the machine is simple to learn and if you’re already in decent shape then feel free to start with our main Vertical30 (Level 2) class. In either case, we will provide an intro to proper climbing form, a short warm-up, and then we’ll jump into the workout.
We have an awesome sound system and although we won’t crank it up to concert level decibels, some folks are more sensitive than others so it wouldn’t hurt to bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to loud music. As with any new workout program, consult with your doctor beforehand. If arriving a bit late, please note that the room will be dimly lit so walk slowly, watch your step, and be careful not to set anything down in the walkway that may cause others to trip.
